Performing Arts
In Performing Arts we have learnt about St Angela of the Cross and what she did for our community.
We reenacted certain parts of her life and compared history to the present.
Students reenacted scenes of St Angela helping the sick and poor and also the events in her life that lead her to serve.
We then discussed ways we can serve in today's world, whether it be helping our brothers and sisters or donating our time and money to the less fortunate.
In small groups we came up with different ideas of helping others. We rehearsed and performed our ideas to the rest of class.
There were some excellent performances and students understood that like St Angela, they too have a role to play in helping others
