Home Groups 1 and 2 have been continuing their study of emotions in Performing Arts and have been role playing situations that have made them feel a certain way. 

Here are some examples of our role plays;

Edward: I felt sad when my brother hurt me. 

Teddy: I felt happy when someone made me better.

Chad: I felt disgusted when I saw stinky stuff in the bin.

Georgie: I felt angry when my sisters stole my stuff.

Anna: I felt frightened when I saw a spider in Nanna's kitchen. 

Home Group 3 began an exciting Performing Arts project this week - they began researching and preparing a lip sync performance! Each student has chosen a song and is in the process of learning the words to one verse and the chorus to perform a 1minute long lip sync which will be recorded. Students need to maintain their focus on the camera for the entire minute and move their mouth to pretend they are singing the words.
