Child Safety Week is a time to reflect, listen, and take action to protect the rights and safety of children and young people.

This year’s theme, “Every Conversation Matters – Shifting Conversation to Action,” highlights the importance of not just talking about child safety, but actively creating environments where children feel safe, heard, and supported. Over the course of the week, our teachers will be planning activities which will lead conversations about safety, respect and support.

These teacher-led activities aim to:

✅ Build awareness of children’s rights.

✅ Encourage respectful relationships.

✅ Empower students to speak up and be heard.

✅ Strengthen a culture of safety across our school.
